Are you looking for a tutu? Dancers Boutique keep many different colours in stock from age 2. All our tutus are good quality with full skirts and well fitting bodies. They have been so popular as Christmas and Birthday presents but are also great for dressing up, fancy dress and party wear all year round.

Sewing elastic on ballet shoes

Some of our ballet are now supplied with the elastics already attached but if you do need to sew yours on, here are a few tips... To ensure the elastic is in the correct place on the ballet shoe, fold the back of the shoe flat onto the inside sole of the shoe. Where the shoe folds at the side is the place the elastic should be stitched. Sew it onto the lining of the shoe and make sure it is not too tight over the arch of the foot. The elastic will help to hug the shoe into the instep and hold it on securely during class.

Dance School Uniform

Dancers Boutique stocks good quality, reasonably priced uniform for all the local dancing schools. RAD, ISTD, Cecchetti and IDTA all require different uniforms and we keep all sizes in stock for girls and boys dancing at schools in areas including Amersham, Chesham, Hazlemere, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Aylesbury, Tring, Prestwood, Great Missenden,Berkhamsted, the Chalfonts, Gerrards Cross, Rickmansworth, St. Albans, Pinner and Uxbridge.

If dance is part of your curriculum at school, you will find your uniform requirements here; we supply The Royal Masonic School for Girls, Heatherton House, Maltmans Green, Gayhurst, High March, Pipers Corner, Chiltern Hills, and Wycombe Abbey among other schools in the area.

RAD Character Skirts

Our Character skirts for RAD ballet and ISTD National classes are excellent quality, they don't crease so can be kept in your dance bag and pulled out each week, ready to wear! We try to fit character skirts to last through a few grades and the skirts have a long vecro fastening on the waist, so you can let them out as the dancer grows. We stock character skirts in different length and waist measurements, in a choice of ribbons. We also have the ability to get one 'made-to-measure' should you require a particular size or ribbon colour combination.

Dance and Ballet Shoes

No uniform is complete without shoes of course and we stock different styles of jazz, tap and character shoes. Our ballet shoes come in width fittings and we can fit the dancer with these for class, exams or festivals - in pink, black or white leather, satin, split sole leather and canvas for girls and boys.
